Morficon's engineering team studies architectural and structural drawings to understand intent, structural elements and pour cycles.

Shell drawings
Shell drawings are prepared to define every concrete element to be formed on site.

Approved shell drawings
- Step 03
Factory shop drawings
Once approved, factory shop drawings and a precise component list are produced for fabrication.

Shop drawings + BOM
- Step 04
Fabrication
Raw materials — aluminium profiles, aluminium sheets, steel sheets and accessories — are cut, punched, machined and welded per shop drawings.

- Step 05
Packing & dispatch
Finished components are crated and dispatched to the project site against an itemised pack list.

Site training
Morficon provides site training and guidance for erection, dismantling and pour-cycle handling.

Lifecycle support
